Located in the heart of the city, this colonial style hotel offers beautiful architecture, spacious and clean rooms with individually controlled air conditioning and some rooms have balconies overlooking the streets with a view of the cathedral towers. The staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating providing free parking, free Wi-Fi, and a complimentary breakfast with fresh mango juice. One can relax by the pool located in the main lobby area while enjoying the atmosphere of the colonial style.
The water may not be consistently hot for some guests.

The hotel where we stayed during our city trip was simply amazing! the attention and kindness of the staff delighted us in all respects. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, and also the free Wi-Fi which allowed us to stay connected during our stay. the hotel is located in the heart of the city, only steps away from the central park, which was very convenient for us.
The only downside of our experience was the occasional noise from outside, which caused us a little discomfort at night. this is not the hotel's fault as it is located in a busy area of the city, and the advantage of being in such a key location outweighed the inconvenience of the noise.

I was pleasantly surprised by the service at this hotel. When my roommate fell ill, the front desk quickly arranged for a thermometer to be delivered within minutes. They also went out of their way to provide special bandages for another guest. The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were clean and well-kept, with all the amenities we needed. The location was fantastic, right next to the central square and within walking distance to everything. Despite a few minor drawbacks such as slow Wi-Fi and intermittent hot water, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay. I had a great experience at this hotel and would choose to stay here again.
